Sample Text Answer (SOAR)
Scenario: You witness a peer being unfairly treated by a supervisor.
Answer (SOAR):
- S: The key issue is fairness and respect in the workplace. Stakeholders include the peer, supervisor, and team.
- O: Options include addressing the supervisor directly, reporting to HR, or supporting the peer privately.
- A: I would first speak privately with the peer to understand their perspective, then encourage open communication with the supervisor or HR if needed.
- R: I would follow up to ensure the issue is resolved and reflect on how to foster a more inclusive environment.
